The service technician, Joe, came out to do the spring maintenance on our unit and found two new leaks in our older unit. He told Bob that he could fix it but b/c the unit was older, after discussing it with Joe, we decided to put in a new unit. We wanted the unit moved from the floor and suspended from the garage ceiling. He called back to the office after taking pictures and sending them to the appropriate person and agreed it could be done. They ordered the unit on April 4th and installed it on April 9th. The installers, Shaun, Nick, Elisa, and Chad were top shelf. They answered all our questions without hesitation. We would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

I needed a new line set and I knew it was going to be a messy and difficult process so I called Chad at Accu – Temp Heating & Air Conditioning. He came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate and two days later Jarret and Nick were here to do the job. I was concerned about how much damage would be done to my wall and ceiling but they came up with a plan that minimized the damage and I could not be happier. They installed the new line and got my AC running that same day and did it all with a great attitude. These techs were careful courteous and very professional. I would recommend this company with no reservations.

Chad came out to help me with a problem I’ve been having with one room being warmer than the others and didn’t laugh at me too hard when it turned out the vent was closed. He also checked my refrigerant just in case and volunteered the option to increase my fan speed to improve overall circulation. Chad was personable and helpful throughout and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I wish I could get him to be my customer service professional everywhere, not just my A/C.
